The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the busy downtown area, making it close to everything. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, duvets and pillows. You can sit comfortably in the nicely decorated seating area. the staff is friendly and always willing to help you get everything you need to enjoy your stay. the area surrounding the hotel is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Stayed during Easter. Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sitting area. Location was perfect for exploring the old town district and all the Easter festivities. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although the description mentioned a room for four, it was not made clear that there would be an additional fee for using more than two beds. The staff seemed unwilling to accommodate our needs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the crowded area and close to everything. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with directions and suggestions on places to eat. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
The reservation process was misleading, causing a lot of inconvenience. When we arrived, we were told that the room we had booked was not available, and we were given a smaller room.
